And be honest! If you're not telling the truth, then we're not really working on the real problem so we're not really going to get to the best solutions. There is no judgment in therapy. Really! It's against the rules. It's an objective space for you to work through and out what's going on in your life. To heal, to find answers within yourself, and feel better, live better, and do life better.
